TriAlpha launches a property Hedge Fund of Funds from Jersey

TriAlpha, the asset management arm of the Stonehage Group, has announced the launch of its Property Hedge Fund of Funds - The
TriAlpha Global Property Strategy Fund domiciled and administered in
Jersey.

The fund seeks absolute returns by focusing on hedge fund managers that specialise in the global property sector. Included in the portfolio will be recognisable names such as Credit Suisse, Thames River and New Star property hedge funds.

Cobus Kruger, Director at TriAlpha commented: "With increasing uncertainty and volatility in the property sector, a hedge fund of fund approach to this asset class looks extremely favourable. The easy money has been made - given this volatility it's now time for the skills of hedge fund managers to be employed."
