Neil Griggs joins Kinetic Partners

Neil Griggs, previously with Ernst & Young's investment management group and responsible for the firm's hedge fund business, is joining Kinetic Partners.
Neil has spent his career at Ernst & Young, and has 15 years' experience in audit, assurance and related advisory services. At Ernst & Young's alternatives practice he was responsible for a client base of around 100 hedge fund managers in London.
Kinetic has also announced the promotion of Andrew Shrimpton to Member of the Firm. Prior to joining Kinetic Partners as a senior consultant in June 2007, Andrew spent eight years at the Financial Services Authority (FSA), latterly as Head of Alternative Investments Supervision, responsible for hedge funds and private equity firms.
