Mourant expands its administration services into Ireland

Mourant has opened an office in Dublin aiming to focus on providing the finance community in Ireland with SPV administration services.

Peter O'Leary, formerly with Mourant's team in Jersey now heads the Dublin office:

However, the combination of Dublin's position continually moving toward the forefront of Capital Market structures, coupled with increasing requests from our existing clients, has illustrated to us that the environment is favourable to set up a dedicated office in Ireland to SPV administration services."
