Milestone Group recruits former Performa chairman

Milestone Group, a provider of fund processing and performance analytics solutions, has announced the appointment of Anthony Howland to its London team. Mr. Howland will primarily work with Milestone Group's pControl and pQuant platforms which are experiencing increased demand. The products address areas in funds management and custody, including unit pricing and related validations, fund rebalancing, performance measurement and unitised order management.

Mr. Howland joins Milestone Group, having previously been a founder and Chairman of the Performa software company in the UK.

Milestone Group CEO, Geoff Hodge said: "We are seeing an increased intensity and determination within the industry to break out of conventional thinking and fully automate many of the complex processes around fund accounting, analytics and market connectivity."

Mr. Howland will provide local leadership to Milestone Group's client relationship management and business development in the European market.
