Langholm Capital selects 3i Infotech

Langholm Capital, a mid-market buyout fund, has selected 3i Infotech -Framework Ltd, a leading provider of software solutions to the private equity and investor community, to manage its private equity investment portfolio.

Framework will implement a solution for Langholm that can be configured to support different deal flow procedures, manage documents and meet investor reporting requirements - administrative tasks that are particularly labour intensive. Through the use of straight through processing, the time and effort currently required to run daily operations will be considerably reduced.
