IntraLinks and InsideVenture Standardize Due Diligence

InsideVenture, the direct private market for institutional and strategic investment in late-stage private companies, today announced its partnership with IntraLinks(R), Inc., the provider of online workspaces for secure document exchange. The alliance will provide InsideVenture's qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) with a secure online platform for reviewing due diligence information from select venture-backed private companies.

InsideVenture will use IntraLinks to enable privately held companies to securely share non-public financial and performance data with potential institutional investors. The IntraLinks platform will also provide InsideVenture members with dealflow insight and relationship building opportunities to facilitate late-stage private investing and to prepare for IPOs. InsideVenture is limiting its membership to the top 100 long-term, institutional buy-side fund managers, strategic corporations and late-stage venture capital funds.
