Guernsey fund administrator quadruples growth over two years
Posted: 08 July 2008
Augentius Fund Administration, the Guernsey-based fund administrator has seen their assets under administration grow from €12bn to over €50bn in the last two years.
In the two years since the management buy-out from Ansbacher Augentius has become one of the main service providers to the Private Equity and Property Fund sectors in Guernsey.
"We could not have imagined the success we have had since we acquired the business in 2006" said Kerry-Anne Morley, Managing Director of Augentius in Guernsey and an equity owner in Augentius Group Limited. "The structure of our business and the quality of our people has made growth easy and allows us to continue to expand in Guernsey and into new jurisdictions" she said.
This results in sensible working hours for all staff - in all locations - and no over-promises to clients. For a business on a growth trajectory like ours, this is a wish-list result".
Barry Carroll, Senior Partner commented "We are extending to new jurisdictions over the coming months with new offices in Jersey, Luxembourg and New York; and our staff is offered the opportunity of an overseas posting to all Augentius locations. 2009 will see Hong Kong, Singapore and Mauritius as new offices on the Augentius map as we embrace Asia as a tremendous growth sector in the months and years ahead".
